Our Shipping Policy is straight forward and as follows. Upon checkout and order completion;
Processing and Fulfillment is 24-48 hours (Mon - Fri). If your order is generated during the weekend, it will be processed the following Business Day.
FREE Standard Shipping on all orders. However, if you would like expedited shipping, please contact us before placing an order to discuss options.
Shipping and Delivery will take approx. 2-3 weeks, but may be sooner depending on your geographical location.
Products will either ship from our US or International warehouse, depending on inventory and availability.
We use 3rd party providers to help fulfill orders based on volume.
NOTE: Due to Covid-19 and Worldwide events, global logistics have been impacted and may cause delays in shipping. We are working hard to mitigate these issues within our control, however, once a product is shipped, we cannot assume responsibility for delays caused by the shipping carriers, USPS or any other logistics partner.

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. Miniyovi Printer will NOT ship to P.O. box addresses.
3.3 Military Address Shipping
We are NOT able to ship to military addresses at this time.

If an order has multiple item and any item in that order is out of stock we will contact you and either decide to 1. cancel and refund the out-ofstock items and dispatch the rest of the order or 2. fulfill the entire order once all items are restocked in inventory.

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation or ship out a replacement product.

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject

and Intimately Personalized encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Intimately Personalized at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an
order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy.
8.1 Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
